User Multi-Factor Authentication

 

1. Login to your Advisors Assistant account using your Username and Password. 

2. After submitting your credentials, the system will send a verification code to your registered email address. 

3. Check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for an email containing the verification code from no-reply@advisorsassistant.com. 

4. Enter the verification code you received into the designated field on the login page. 

5. Once the code is verified, you will be granted access to your Advisors Assistant account. If you don't receive the code, you may have the option to resend it. Ensure your registered email address is correct and check your spam or junk folders.
